Quy trình đặt hàng:

1- Ib mình tại Chiltepin Chiltepin, Order form, Dreamerly. (Mình không có qua trung gian ai khác nên ngoài những phương thức liên hệ trên đều không phải mình)

2- Gửi yêu cầu char và hình ref.

3- Chốt order > chốt giá.

Qui trình làm việc:

Step 1: Sketch ( phác thảo rõ ràng) > khách check.

Step 2: Line ( đi nét) > khách check (có thể bỏ qua bước này nếu khách đồng ý).

Step 3: Base & Colour full (để màu nền và lên màu hoàn thiện) > khách check ok và gom file gửi qua email.

Sửa lỗi miễn phí nếu lỗi phía mình, sửa miễn phí 3 lần yêu cầu thêm từ khách, sau đó sẽ tính phí theo thoả thuận.

Khi bạn thanh toán bước 1 (sketch), nhận được sketch và đồng ý qua bước tiếp theo, vui lòng thanh toán tiếp tục bước tiếp theo để nhận được bản hoàn thành kế đó.

Qui cách thanh toán: Bank (Việt Nam), Paypal, Wise.

Lưu ý:

Tác quyền thuộc về mình, và mình có quyền up lên các trang công cộng, trường hợp cần bảo mật xin hãy liên hệ mình.

Các sản phẩm bàn giao được bạn sử dụng với mục đích phi thương mại vô hạn và thương mại.

Khi bạn gửi order form mình sẽ phản hồi chi tiết bảng giá qua email của bạn.

Vui lòng chuyển khoảng thanh toán trước giá trị đơn hàng theo các bước trong bảng giá đã gửi trong vòng 48h sau khi nhận bảng giá, sau 48h không nhận được chuyển khoản thì rất tiếc là order form sẽ xem như tự động huỷ.

Ordering Process:

1- PM (Private Message) us at Chiltepin Chiltepin, Order form, Dreamerly. (I don't go through intermediaries, so any contact methods other than those mentioned above are scams)

2- Send character request and reference images.

3- Confirm and finalize the order, finalizing the price.

Work Process:

Step 1: Sketch (clear sketch) > Customer checks.

Step 2: Line (outline) > Customer checks (this step can be skipped if the customer agrees).

Step 3: Base & Full Color (apply base color and complete coloring) > Customer approves and consolidates files to be sent via email.

Free fixes for errors on our part, with up to 3 additional fixes based on customer requests. Subsequent fixes will be subject to agreed-upon charges

When you make the payment for step 1 (sketch) and receive the sketch with approval to proceed, please continue with the payment for the next step to receive the completed artwork.

The delivered products are for unlimited non-commercial and commercial use.

When you send the order form, I will respond with a detailed price list via email, as well as your PayPal email.

Please make the payment for the order value according to the steps in the price list sent within 48 hours after receiving the price list. If the transfer is not received within 48 hours, the order form will be automatically canceled.
